We ship to most areas in the UK. If you require our goods and you are outside of our present shipping area, please get in touch.

Shipping schedules:

Local Pickup Orders: 

While we do not currently offer a formal Click & Collect option, we understand that some customers may prefer to pick up their items in person.

The best thing to do is call us on 0116 215 4623 to check current stock levels and arrange collection if possible.

This ensures we can confirm availability and have your order ready for you. We recommend calling in advance to avoid disappointment.

Pre Orders (products unavailable for immediate delivery):

Confirmation will be sent when the product is in stock and when it will be dispatched.

All other UK orders:
 
Orders placed Monday to Friday before midday will be dispatched the same business day and delivered the next working day.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Weight-based Shipping

The shipping cost depends on the weight, size, and location of the order. Please note the maximum weight we can send in a parcel is 30kg.

Shipping costs:

0.9kg - 5kg -  £5.99
5kg - 9kg - £7.99
10kg - 15kg - £9.99

15kg - 30kg - £15.99
