We currently only ship to addresses within the UK.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after midday on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Shipping Costs & Weight-Based Pricing

We use tracked next-day delivery for all orders. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your order. Please note the maximum weight per parcel is 30kg.

Returns & Refunds Policy

As we only sell perishable items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care to ensure that every order is packed securely and reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your parcel.

How to Report an Issue:

Email us at info@hwbcharity.org with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
Alternatively, you can call us on 0116 215 4623 to speak to a team member directly.
We will assess the situation and provide either a replacement or store credit, depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on:

Perishable goods (e.g., dates, oils, ZamZam water).
Sale or discounted items.
Products opened or not in their original packaging.

Customer Responsibility

Once an order has been processed and shipped, the responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We recommend tracking your parcel and ensuring someone is available to receive it.
